The asking price for 1-bed flats for sale in Ajman Downtown has averaged at AED 213k in H1 2021, going down slightly from AED 222k in H2 2020. Similarly, 2-bedroom apartments for sale in Ajman Downtown have seen sales prices decrease from AED 307k to AED 298k in the first half of 2021. Those looking for more spacious flats may consider 3-bed flats for sale in Ajman Downtown, which have averaged at AED 377k.
