- According to DARI, a trusted digital source for real estate in Abu Dhabi, there were 130 transactions worth around AED 90M for ready apartments for sale in Al Reef in 2023.
- Studio flats for sale in Al Reef had an average price of AED 475k. The average cost of 1-bed apartments was AED 572k, while 2-bed flats were sold at an average price of AED 772k.
Al Ghadeer ranked second among the top areas in Abu Dhabi for buying inexpensive flats:
