1 JBR – The Development On Everyone’s Lips
Thanks to a fantastic media campaign, we’re fairly certain that you would have heard about 1 JBR, touted as “the address for a privileged few”. Contrary to the usual collateral that boasts views of the Burj Khalifa, this project is proud of the fact that it doesn’t, watch the 1 JBR ad below to see what we mean!
The 1 jbr apartments
Developed by Dubai Properties, the 1 JBR project houses two to four-bed apartments along with spacious five-bed penthouses, each with stunning panoramic views, large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and massive sun decks. Each residence is also kitted out to allow smart technology, so you can really make your home work for you.
Each apartment has been thoughtfully designed in a contemporary manner with state of the art interiors and of course, breathtakingly stunning views of the Dubai Eye and Palm Jumeirah. Getting a workout is easy with the running track by the beach, at the state of the art communal gym or at one of the many fitness studios in the neighbourhood.
If you like letting your hair down, you really can’t go wrong with JBR! The neighbourhood is home to several hotels with bars and clubs that have people from all over Dubai flocking to, almost every night. Once you’ve exhausted the options in JBR, walk over to the Marina next door for even more nightlife venues.
Foodies are really spoilt for choice though, thanks to the plethora of restaurants that are on your doorstep. Cuisines from across the world, catering to every budget and need (indoor/outdoor/rooftop/seaside…you name it) can be found in JBR.
The height of beachfront recreation is taken care of at The Beach, an outdoor mall right in front of JBR. This award-winning mall is the area’s favourite destination for all kinds of watersports, upscale shopping, dining and entertainment, thanks to an indoor and outdoor cinema and a packed calendar of festivals, events and celebrations.

As per Bayut.com, a two bedroom apartment at 1 JBR is listed for AED 5M (1,923 sq ft), while a four-bedroom flat is priced at AED 13.8M (3,805 sq ft). The payment plan for the project is 10% on booking with the last 35% due on hand over of the property, scheduled for 30 September 2019.
