Danah Bay

Danah Bay will be a mixed-use beachfront community spanning 86,000 sq. m. of land on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. The project will comprise 40,000 sq. m. of beaches and 32,000 sq. m. of artificial breakwater. Danah Bay will feature five distinct types of villas and townhouses: Perla, Aqua, Azure, Alina and Layan.

Homeowners will have choices ranging from 2-bedroom townhouses to 3 and 4-bedroom villas. Townhouses will be grouped in clusters of two and four units, promising a unique residential experience.
