Although the building has three bus stations nearby, there is no metro station in proximity. The nearest metro station at Rashidiya is around 20 minutes away via car. If you’re planning to live in University View, having a car is definitely a more convenient option. Housing only studios and one-bedroom apartments, the residency is not so great for large families planning to settle down in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
