The Lagoons, Mina Al Arab

The Lagoons is a multi-building residential complex in Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah. Developed by RAK Properties, there are 20 low-rise buildings in the waterfront project. Each building consisting of four levels of studio, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. The buildings also have high-end amenities such as swimming pools and gym.

Among other facilities, there is also a mall and various restaurants in the project. The complex is located along the Mina Al Arab Road, with road links to Sheikh Muhammad Bin Salem Road (E311).

Mina Al Arab is one of the most popular communities in Ras Al Khaimah, bordering the clear blue waters of the Arabian Gulf. Basement parking in The Lagoons is available for residents to park their cars. Each apartment has one free parking space, while guests can park their cars in the public parking areas near each building.

There are two elevators in The Lagoons, each in both buildings of the complex, as well as service elevators to move furniture and heavy items.

The project is manned by 24-hour security services and CCTV monitoring. The apartments are centrally air-conditioned and residents also get free maintenance services.

There is a BBQ area inside each building, where residents can organise small parties and gatherings.

The National Museum of Ras Al Khaimah is a 19-minute drive from The Lagoons. It is situated inside a historic building, which served as a fort in the 17th and 18th centuries and as a police headquarters and prison. It was converted into the museum in 1987 and features historical and archaeological artifacts and monuments.

While The Lagoons offers a wonderful and serene lifestyle, it is quite far from the other emirates. Also, there are not many transportation options in the community, except for buses and taxis.
