Spain Cluster, International City

Spain Cluster is one of the ten clusters of International City. The cluster consists of three to four-storey residential buildings featuring studios, one and two-bedroom apartments. The traditional stucco exterior finishing, low pitched roofs, domed windows and the bright peach Mediterranean tiled theme will remind you of traditional Spanish architecture.

International City is a project by Nakheel and is one of the most affordable freehold projects in Dubai with over 500 apartment buildings. The theme-based clusters are named after countries including Morocco, England, Italy, France, Persia, Greece and Spain.

Since the cluster is not directly connected to the metro service, the bus routes can take you to the nearest metro stations that are Rashidiya, Emirates and Creek, accessible in a 15-10 minute drive.

While the food is under preparation, visitors can enjoy breathtaking views of the world’s tallest building Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall fountain show from the terrace of the restaurant. It is located in Downtown Dubai, 24-minute away from the cluster.

Birdlife International has recognized Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary as a globally important bird area.

While Spain Cluster, International City, Dubai offers many facilities to its residents, there are a few things one needs to consider before moving. There have been complaints in the past that as International City is located near a sewage plant there is a bad odour in the area. Lack of parking spots might be another concern for residents who own more than one car or have visitors frequently.
