Shining Towers, Al Khalidiyah

Shining Towers, also known as Dancing Towers, are located in the subcommunity of Al Khalidiyah. The complex consists of one 33-storey residential tower and another 42-storey commercial tower. These twisting towers can be seen leaning sideways and towards each other. The complex, being an architectural masterpiece, won the award of GCC Tower of the year in Construction week 2010. Both the towers stand above the three levels basement, one ground floor and two levels podium.

The basement is reserved for parking and MEP systems whereas the ground floor has entrance lobbies, MEP stations and retail outlets. The podium has many landscape areas along with retail outlets. The residential tower houses four flats on each floor, divided into 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. Residents can avail amenities including 24-hours security, a state-of-the-art gymnasium and round the clock concierge services. There are three high-speed elevators in the residential tower whereas the commercial tower has four low -zones and six high-zone elevators. There is also a fire lift for use in case of fire emergencies.

Shining Towers is an architectural masterpiece with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and a bus station. However, the residence is not suitable for those who are not fond of living in a commercial area.
