Pulse Smart Residence is a residential building in District 11, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). As the name suggests, it features studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments equipped with smart home technology. This low-rise project is developed by Tawakina Real Estate Development LLC and offers contemporary apartments for rent and sale.
Launched in 2014, Pulse Smart Residence, JVC was completed in 2017. Al Hawraa Engineering Consultants designed the project. One can find a serviced lobby extending from the entrance, a ground level as well as four residential floors. A total of 67 units are available in the low-rise building in various configurations and sizes.

The covered area for 2-bedroom flats is 1,100 sq. ft. A typical 2 BHK unit consists of a living room, a balcony, two bedrooms, en-suites and an equipped kitchen. These apartments also feature large double-glazed windows and built-in wardrobes.
With covered areas of approximately 1,700 sq. ft., 3-bed flats are ideal for those seeking a larger unit. There are three bedrooms, four bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows in the apartments. The kitchen comes with built-in cabinets and appliances. Like other residential units, 3-bed flats also have a smart lighting system.
According to Bayut, 1-bed apartments in Pulse Smart Residence enjoy the highest popularity. They are followed by 2-bedroom flats in the second spot. Studio apartments take up the third position on the list.
