Pacific, Al Marjan Island

Pacific, Al Marjan Island is a residential complex located on Al Marjan Island. It consists of six buildings which are named after the pacific islands and are called Samoa, Tonga, Fiji, Tahiti, Polynesia and Bora Bora, each having ten floors. Developed by Select Group, Pacific is known for its beachfront setting and breath-taking views. The project was launched in 2008 and was completed in 2017.

The complex houses a total of 1,400 residential units offering studios, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. There are also 2-bedroom duplexes with private garden and serviced apartments known as Gulf suites. The complex has a secluded beach with direct access for residents. The rooftop has excellent amenities including swimming pools, tennis courts and basketball courts. There is also a health club, indoor and outdoor gym with jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms. The building has many retail shops on the ground floor and two supermarkets known as Fresh Plus and Al Sanad.

Situated 45-minute away from Dubai International Airport, Al Marjan Island is a freehold, man-made island. It consists of four islets known as Breeze Island, Treasure Island, View Island and Dream Island. These small islets are known for their sapphire blue water and sandy beaches. Spinneys, located in Al Hamra Mall, is accessible in 10-minute, by car. It is one of the famous supermarket chains in UAE, known for its quality organic foods. They have a wide range of food products both from local and international brands.

Al Hamra Mall, RAK is a 2-storey shopping mall in Ras Al Khaimah. Stretching over 37,000 sq. m, it has various retail outlets, a mosque, VOX cinema, restaurants, cafes and pubs.

Pacific, Marjan Island is a peaceful residence with top-notch amenities and a private beach. On the flip-side, residents have to travel outside the island to enjoy more entertainment options.However, since Marjan Island is well connected to the rest of the city, residents won’t find it hard to go out.
