Golden Mile 4 is a part of the Golden Mile buildings, located on the world-famous Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The project consists of 10 interconnected buildings with 10 floors each. Penthouses in Golden Mile 4 cover an area of 4,121 sq. ft. to 10,221 sq. ft. They feature large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. There is a maid’s room, also with an attached bathroom. A guest bathroom can be found in the hallway, whereas the larger units have two guest bathrooms. Residents also have a laundry room, complete with a washing machine and dryer in it. A large terrace, which has a private BBQ, completes the ensemble.
