Dubai Residence Complex is a relatively new neighbourhood in the popular Dubailand area. Durar B is a mid-rise residential building, which is 78 metres tall and has 236 apartments spread out over 11 floors. It is one of the two buildings, namely Durar A and B, developed by Durar Al Emarat Properties in 2010.
