Dubai Arch Tower is a high-rise development, standing 153 metres tall, in Cluster G, JLT. This 41-storey, multi-use complex mainly has residential apartments, but you can find retail spaces and offices on the lower levels as well. Dubai Arch Tower is one of the three buildings in Cluster G; the other two buildings are commercial towers.

There are 410 residential units on offer in studio, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom configurations. Those interested in larger units can find 4-bed duplexes as well. The freehold project developed by Aber Properties was launched in 2005 and completed in 2009.

Finding public transportation near Dubai Arch Tower is hassle-free. Jumeirah Lake Towers has a user-friendly public transport system.

In collaboration with Dubai Road and Transportation Authority (RTA), there is a network of public bus service that operates in JLT on two routes; JLT 1 and JLT 2. A shuttle passes through the community every 20 minutes.

Those who rely on the Dubai Metro can use DMCC Metro Station and Sobha Realty Metro Station, which are 3 minutes and 5 minutes away from the building, respectively.

Other than metro station, for short routes one can use Dubai Tram. Residents can easily find a tram at the Jumeirah Lake Towers Tram Station, which is almost 6 minutes away from the building.
