Clearpoint is an off-plan residential complex in Mina Rashid, Dubai. The project by Emaar Properties will have three towers offering 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments and 3-bedroom duplexes. The units can be booked with a down payment of 10%, with handovers expected in July 2027.
