Bulgari Lighthouse is an off-plan residential tower in Jumeirah Bay Islands. Designed by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the tower will feature 4 and 5-bed penthouses along with 9-bed sky villas. The collaboration between Meraas Holdings and Bulgari Hotels & Resorts is expected to reach completion in June 2027.
