Al Thamam 45 is a six-storey apartment building in Remraam. The ground floor has few apartments and a covered parking facility for residents. The remaining floors also feature apartments. It’s a part of a larger district Dubailand. Remraam is located on Emirates Road and it is also connected to Hessa Street at its northeast. Neighbouring communities include DAMAC Hills, Mudon and Golf City.
The ground floor of the building provides covered parking facility for the residents. Parking in Al Thamam 45 allocates two slots for 3-bedroom units. Rest of the apartment types come with one slot. Visitors and guest can use street parking spots outside the building.
Like other buildings in the community, there are two modern elevators in Al Thamam 45. One is for passengers and the other one is a service lift for carrying heavy luggage.

Size of 2-bedroom apartments is from 996 sq. ft. to 1,601 sq. ft. Master bedroom has an en-suite dressing room and bathroom. Another bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and a full bathroom in the lobby area. Yet, larger units have attached bathrooms with both bedrooms and a guest washroom in the living area. Also, there is a living room, an open kitchen and an outdoor.
3-bedroom flats are the largest apartments with a floor area ranges between 1,496 sq. ft. and 2,337 sq. ft. Like other units in the project, these apartments consist of bedrooms, living room, powder room, an open kitchen and two balconies. Master bedroom has a dressing room and attached bathroom.
Other two bedrooms have a full bathroom in the bedroom lobby area. Moreover, bigger units have attached bathrooms with all bedrooms and a guest washroom at the entrance.
According to Bayut, 2-bedroom flats in Al Thamam 45 enjoy the highest popularity. They are followed by 1-bed apartments in the second spot. 3-bedroom flats take up the third position on the list.

A bus service J04 serves this gated residential community. It makes several stops across the Remraam and takes passenger to Damac Hills. Residents have walking and driving access to these stops. Bus stops within a short walk are Al Thamam 41, Al Thamam 57, Al Thamam 14 and Al Thamam 3.
