Al Haseer, Palm Jumeirah

Al Haseer is a high-rise building located on Palm Jumeirah, a man-made island developed by Nakheel Properties. The tower is a part of Shoreline Apartments, a multi-building complex that consists of 20 buildings, half of which face the beach, while the remaining 10 buildings on the left side face the trunk of the artificial archipelago. Al Haseer is one of the 10 blocks on the right side, offering direct access to the beach.

The construction of the building started in 2003 and was completed in 2007. Part of Shoreline Apartments, Al Haseer, Palm Jumeirah is a 12-storey residential building offering a mix of 1-bed, 2-bed and 3-bed flats as well as penthouses on the topmost floor. In total, there are over 100 residential units in Al Haseer ready for renting or buying.
