Life in MBZ City is peaceful and properties in Zone 7 are quite affordable for families. But few things must be kept in mind. First, a large part of the area is still under construction, thus some important amenities are lacking within the city. Second, there is limited public transportation and moving around might be tricky for those who don’t have personal cars. Fortunately, all these issues are expected to be resolved once the project reaches completion.
