Zone 6 MBZ City is one of the sub-districts of Mohammed Bin Zayed City a fast-growing area in Abu Dhabi, named after Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi. Zone 6 is relatively a small neighbourhood in MBZ City with a low population density. Zone 6 is strategically located with easy access to key areas and landmarks of Abu Dhabi through major roads, ensuring seamless connectivity to the rest of the city. Residents can quickly reach central business districts, commercial hubs and popular destinations, making it a convenient location for both work and leisure. The community features expansive houses, offering spacious living for families. Mussafah and the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi are located on the west whereas Khalifa City is on the northern side. Shakhbout City and Al Mafraq are other neighbouring areas.

There are a few shopping malls in the parent community, including Mazyad Mall and Capital Mall. Those looking for shops of high-end street brands can head to Mazyad Mall, which is located just 10 minutes away. Popular outlets at Mazyad Mall include Damas, Giordano, Adidas and Sports Gear. The mall also offers beauty and healthcare facilities, as well as several dining options. On the other hand, Capital Mall, located near Zone 6, is home to an outlet of Lulu Hypermarket, making it convenient for stocking up on daily essentials. It is situated within a 9-minute drive from the neighbourhood.

While there are no restaurants within Zone 6 itself, there are plenty of excellent dining options just a short drive away. Food Spot, located 7 minutes from Zone 6, offers delicious and affordable South Indian cuisine. For Lebanese flavours, Golden Sheep Restaurant Express – Abu Dhabi is just a 4-minute drive away. Efendi Istanbul Restaurant, serving Turkish dishes, is a 9-minute drive, while the Indian National Highway One Restaurant & Catering Services, offering a variety of Indian specialities, is also only 7 minutes away. While there are no beaches in the immediate vicinity, those looking to enjoy the coastline can visit public beaches in Abu Dhabi, which are just around a half-hour’s drive away.
