Zone 4, Mohammed Bin Zayed City

Abu Dhabi’s much hyped Mohammed Bin Zayed City is divided into 35 clusters or zones. Named after His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the UAE, the mixed-use community features villas, lifestyle amenities and recreational spaces. Here, Zone 4 is one of the residential sub-communities located close to the Abu Dhabi – Al Ain Road. The sub-community is surrounded by other developments in MBZ City including Zone 2, Zone 3, Zone 5 and Zone 7.

Zone 4 is well-connected to other zones in MBZ City. Popular points of interest in the community are:

Properties in Zone 4, Mohammed Bin Zayed City mainly include 4-bedroom villas for rent. These units may span 2,300 sq. ft., featuring a living area, built-in wardrobes, en-suites and a well-equipped kitchen. The living area includes the dining space and there’s a balcony in each unit.

Though limited, villas in Zone 4 are available in 4 to 5-bed configurations. A 5-bedroom unit may spread across 5,000 sq. ft. and have a separate private entrance, master bedrooms, full bathrooms, a majlis, an outdoor kitchen, a maid’s room, a driver’s room and a spacious balcony.

One of the top malls in Abu Dhabi, Dalma Mall is reachable within a 15-minute drive by car. Dalma Mall features over 450 stores which include Forever 21, Matalan, Debenhams and Marks & Spencer to name a few. Other beaches near Zone 4 include Al Qurm Beach, Al Bateen Beach, Al Zeina Beach, Corniche Beach and Abu Dhabi Beach. You can reach these beaches within 20 to 30 minutes.
