Zone 35, also known as Z35 is a mixed-use sub-community in Mohammed Bin Zayed City (MBZ City) situated on the south-eastern side. It is located just off the intersection of Al Ain Road (E22) and Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan International Road (E11).
