Zone 31 is a residential sub-community in Mohammed Bin Zayed City. It is directly connected to Al Hizamat Street, Al Anwar Street, Al Ayni Street and Al Angham Street. The network of streets in the area allows residents quick access to the neighbouring zones and facilities like markets, mosques and restaurants.
