Zone 24 is part of Mohammed Bin Zayed City, a popular neighbourhood near Mussafah and Al Mafraq communities.  Zone 24 is a quiet and hassle-free sub-community, home to Al Qanadil Al Modeea Nursery and Masjid Mohammad Abdul Aziz Al Mohairy. A larger mosque is located in ME-10, named Sheikh Mohammad Bin Khalid Mosque, which is only a 9-minute drive away from Zone 24.

Pakistan Community Welfare School is one of the very few schools for underprivileged families living in Abu Dhabi.

The community also offers a couple of higher education options, including Abu Dhabi Polytechnic, Zabeel Institute and Al Ain University of Science and Technology.

Zone 24 is located on the southern end of Mohammad Bin Zayed City. It is close to many residential communities and entertainment destinations.
