Zone 23 will soon have a community centre occupying a floor area of 13,989 sq.m. The community centre will feature retail outlets, restaurants, a hypermarket, a health club, a kids play area and a government service. The project by Abu Dhabi City Municipality will be handed over till Q1 2021.
Zone 23 is an ideal residential community offering premium education and communal facilities in easy reach. However, living in MBZ City might not be ideal for outdoorsy families as it is located a bit far from the main city.
