Zone 21, Mohammed Bin Zayed City

Zone 21 is situated in the quiet and peaceful community called Mohammed bin Zayed City. Mohammed Bin Zayed City is divided into many zones and residents enjoy easy access to amenities such as parks, schools, supermarkets and entertainment options.

Mohammed Bin Zayed City is a massive community, located next to Mussafah and Al Mafraq communities. Zone 21 is one of the least populated areas of MBZ City. You can find a play area for kids and a local mosque in Zone 21.

Properties in Zone 21 comprise 4 to 9-bedroom townhouses with covered areas ranging from 3,213 sq. ft. to 7,500 sq. ft. Zone 21 also has a few massive villas. These houses have a separate maid’s room, storage area and a modern interior.

Residents prefer to travel via their personal transport as every villa has multiple parking spaces in Zone 21. There are numerous street parking spaces for visitors as well.

The most popular modes of transportation in Zone 21 usually involve the Abu Dhabi – Al Ain Road which is situated close to the community. Naseem Al Barr road also runs through the sub-community.

There are many supermarkets near Zone 21. The nearest one would be the Little Star Supermarket in Zone 16 that is a 5-minute drive away. There is a small grocery store in Zone 12 called Al Khanza Star Grocery. It is a 6-minute drive away. You can also find Lemar Supermarket in Zone 14, almost a 6-minute drive away from Zone 21.

Mosques near Zone 21 include Masjid Muhammad Khamees Al Baadi in Zone 22 and Caravan Mosque in Zone 20. Both are a 6-minute drive away. Mosque of Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak is near the vicinity. It is a large mosque usually preferred for Friday prayers. Other mosques near Zone 21 are ME-10 Mosque and Sheikh Mohammad Bin Khalifa Mosque.

Zone 21 is located on the southern end of MBZ City it is close to many residential communities and entertainment destinations.
