Zone 19, also called Z19 is a mixed-use sub-community within the greater district of Mohammed Bin Zayed City (MBZ City). It is located adjacent to the Musaffah community beside Al Rawdah Road (E30). One will find a variety of residential towers and villas in Zone 19. Connectivity of the major UAE highways including Al Ain Road (E22) and Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan International Road (E11) is one of the highlighted features and perks of living in the community.
This is largely a residential neighbourhood with virtually no urban noise or pollution. This sub-community is ideal for families and single professionals.

Zone 19 is bordered by Al Anwar St., Naseem Al Barr St., Al Rayat St. and Al Qa-id St. There are multiple bus stops along these streets which are within a walk of a few minutes.
Supermarkets near Zone 19 include Al Ghabat City Supermarket, which is just a 4-minutes drive away. This is a small community shop, which stocks basic necessities. New Metro Supermarket is another small community grocery store that can be reached in 5-minutes. LuLu Express, inside Mazyad Mall, can be reached under 11-minutes. This department store carries a variety of food items and FMCGs.
Zone 19 is home to two grand mosques, Mubarak Bin Sumaida Mosque and Shaikha Obaid Rashed Al Shamsi Mosque. Both of these mosques are easily accessible by foot. Mubarak Bin Sumaida Mosque can accommodate around 80 to 100 worshippers. Other nearby mosques include Open Mosque (Amina Saeed Al Kalbani Masjid), Mosque Mohamed bin Nasser Al Kalbani and Masjid Of Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak. Living in Zone 19 is full of convenience. It is an ideal location for families with several Parks, Supermarkets and Malls just a short distance away. However, the lack of variety in public transportation within the community could be problematic for those who have to regularly commute to the main Abu Dhabi City.
