The Valley Emaar is an esteemed residential community in Dubai. The self-sufficient community is situated close to Dubailand and DAMAC Hills 2 and has a range of amenities. Emaar’s master plan reveals expansive outdoor spaces within The Valley Dubai. There are jogging trails, parks, playgrounds and splash parks. Moreover, the community will feature a dedicated Kids’ Dale across 10,000 sq. m. next to an archaeological site and amphitheatre. Furthermore, residents will benefit from the 20,000 sq. m Sports Village featuring bicycling tracks, a community gym and sports courts. Those who fancy living closer to nature so they can practice yoga and meditation will find The Zen and Oasis Garden in The Valley. It has an observation tower and maze too.
Emaar has unveiled Phase Two of The Valley in 2024. This extension spans over 200 hectares and is planned to feature more than 4,500 villas and townhouses. The new phase offers an impressive range of amenities including fitness play areas, a junior soccer pitch and courts for tennis, basketball and padel tennis. Residents will also enjoy an orchard, a fruit tree grove and a flower farm. There are dedicated spaces for yoga and meditation and a sunken recreation lawn with a stormwater pond. Other features include an adventure play area, a meandering river with a riverside seating lounge, a skatepark, a scooter pump track and a parkour fitness area. The Valley Phase 2 will also feature an amphitheatre, a dog park as well as jogging routes.

There are eleven residential clusters in the first phase of The Valley, Eden being the first one to be unveiled in November 2019. Lillia at The Valley is the latest addition to the sub-communities of The Valley. By the end of 2024, five sub-communities in The Valley Phase Two have also been announced.
