ABOUT THE VALLEY

Emaar Properties launched a master development in a self-sustained community in November 2019. The project located on the outskirts of Dubai is known as The Valley. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the mainland, it can be spotted on the Dubai – Al Ain Road (E66), a major highway connecting Sharjah with Dubai.

NEIGHBOURHOOD

COMMUNITY OVERVIEW

The Valley Emaar is an esteemed residential community in Dubai. The self-sufficient community is situated close to Dubailand and DAMAC Hills 2 and has a range of amenities. A short walk from the residential area is a dedicated retail centre called The Pavilion, where residents can find retail stores and other facilities.

The community will also be home to a 32,000 sq. m. Town Centre with an indoor and outdoor retail area, a farmers’ market and various dining options. Making for an ideal place to settle with your family, The Valley is planned to offer grand green outdoor spaces, sports courts and playgrounds to foster green living and a healthy environment.

The Valley Masterplan

The masterplan of The Valley Dubai area includes modern villa communities and townhouse complexes surrounded by lush green landscapes. The community features lifestyle amenities, educational options, healthcare services, leisure activities and recreational facilities in a picturesque setting.

Emaar’s master plan reveals expansive outdoor spaces within The Valley Dubai. There are jogging trails, parks, playgrounds and splash parks. Moreover, the community will feature a dedicated Kids’ Dale across 10,000 sq. m. next to an archaeological site and amphitheatre. Furthermore, residents will benefit from the 20,000 sq. m Sports Village featuring bicycling tracks, a community gym and sports courts. Those who fancy living closer to nature so they can practice yoga and meditation will find The Zen and Oasis Garden in The Valley. It has an observation tower and maze too.

Emaar has unveiled Phase Two of The Valley in 2024. This extension spans over 200 hectares and is planned to feature more than 4,500 villas and townhouses. The new phase offers an impressive range of amenities including fitness play areas, a junior soccer pitch and courts for tennis, basketball and padel tennis. Residents will also enjoy an orchard, a fruit tree grove and a flower farm. There are dedicated spaces for yoga and meditation and a sunken recreation lawn with a stormwater pond. Other features include an adventure play area, a meandering river with a riverside seating lounge, a skatepark, a scooter pump track and a parkour fitness area. The Valley Phase 2 will also feature an amphitheatre, a dog park as well as jogging routes.

Properties in The Valley Dubai

There are eleven residential clusters in the first phase of The Valley, Eden being the first one to be unveiled in November 2019. Lillia at The Valley is the latest addition to the sub-communities of The Valley. By the end of 2024, five sub-communities in The Valley Phase Two have also been announced.

As for now, the means of public transportation near The Valley area are limited. Residents will have to drive to the neighbouring areas where several bus stations are available. However, the major thoroughfares provide ease for the commute to key areas.

SUPERMARKETS IN THE VALLEY

A branch of Monop serves the grocery needs of the community. For extended household shopping, Carrefour in the neighbouring DAMAC Hills 2 is the nearest hypermarket for The Valley residents. It will take a 13-minute drive to reach the supermarket near The Valley.

Masabih Rashid Al Fattan Masjid is located at the main entrance of The Valley to facilitate Muslims living in the area. To access churches and temples, one has to drive for about half an hour to Bur Dubai.

SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES NEAR THE VALLEY

A branch of Maple Bear Nursery is part of The Valley community. The nursery offers a Canadian curriculum and is open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm. 

Vernus International School is the nearest school of The Valley Emaar that follows the American Curriculum. It will take a 20-minute drive to reach the school.

Academic City is a hub of higher education institutes and is located in a 17-minute drive. Al Ain – Dubai (E66) is an easy route for residents that runs alongside the area.

The Valley Dubai is situated at the intersection of Jebel Ali – Lehbab Road (E77) and Al Ain – Dubai Road (E66). In a short drive of 14 minutes lie DAMAC Hills 2 while Arabian Ranches 2 is at a 25-minute drive. Other neighbouring areas are The Villa and Al Barari.

Dubai Outlet Mall and Cityland Mall are two top shopping malls near The Valley. Families can visit Cityland Mall in a 24-minute drive which is home to the sustainable space called The Garden, an outlet of Carrefour and several retail stores.

At a 17-minute drive lies Dubai Outlet Mall home to around 240 stores of famous fashion brands. Popular brand stores in Outlet Mall include Robinson, Burberry, CK and more. The shopping mall also has a dedicated food court and a kids’ play area.

Residents looking for dining options can drive to the neighbouring areas or nearest malls. A few popular restaurants near The Valley are Burger King, Al Khawabi and Chuck E Cheese’s.

BEACHES NEAR THE VALLEY

Visiting Dubai beaches would take an hour-long drive as the coastline is a bit far from the development. Families can either head to the Secret Beach or visit the Beach JBR for watersports activities.

The Sevens Stadium is one of the top sports stadiums in Dubai located a short drive away from the community.
