The developer is yet to announce a payment plan for Ritz-Carlton Residences Ras Al Khaimah Al Wadi Nature Reserve. However, investors interested in buying the off-plan properties in this project can consider schedules advertised by third parties and realtors such as the 60/40 payment plan where the buyer makes a 10% down payment when booking. 50% of the total price is to be paid during construction and the final 40% is due at completion in Q1 2027.
