The Hills is another project developed by master developer Emaar Properties, who is known for developing Downtown Dubai, Arabian Ranches, Emirates Hills and many more communities. Emaar Properties launched The Hills back in 2013, the neighbourhood features low-rise apartment buildings that overlook the Emirates Golf Club.
The reason for its popularity among buyers and renters include the availability of luxury properties and its prime location along the Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) highway.

Vida Residence (The Hills) is comprised of two mid-rise towers that have well-furnished and serviced apartments in one tower and the Vida Hotel in the other tower. The larger 2-bedroom apartments can be rented for an average price of AED 125k, while 3-bedroom flats are priced upwards of AED 138k, per annum.
Investors and interested property buyers can expect to pay a minimum of AED 980k for a 1-bed flat AED 1.3M for a 2-bedroom apartment in The Hills and AED 2.3M for a 3 BHK flat. Apart from these, there are some new apartments in The Hills available in a different number of bedrooms.
A key factor of The Hills is its prime location. It is located along Interchange No 5 on Sheikh Zayed Road and in proximity to business hubs such as Dubai Media City, JLT, Dubai Marina and more.
The closest metro station to The Hills is the DAMAC Properties metro station, roughly 5 minutes by car. This station is part of the Red Line of the Dubai Metro which runs from Rashidiya to Jebel Ali, connecting to many key areas of Dubai. As for public buses, none cover The Hills, the closest bus stop is in JLT but that can be a hassle to reach, especially in the summer months of Dubai. It would be best for residents to rely on taxis or luxury taxi apps such as Uber and Careem.
As for parking, there are dedicated spaces in residential buildings for residents. Visitors will have to rely on street parking.
To bring more convenience to residents’ lives, there are many supermarkets near The Hills. Most of these are found in the JLT community, there are many branches of Al Maya supermarket, Carrefour Market and one branch of Spinneys supermarket in the neighbouring JLT community. There is also a Fresh Berry Supermarket and a West Zone supermarket, slightly further away but within a 10-minute drive.
Owing to its central location, there are many churches, temples and mosques near The Hills.
Talking about churches, there are a few located in the Jebel Ali district, roughly 10 minutes away. Residents can visit the United Christian Church of Dubai, St Mina Coptic Orthodox Church, Dubai Evangelical Church Centre and more.
Jebel Ali is also where the Guru Nanak Darbar Sikh Gurudwara is located for Sikh residents. Those following the Hindu faith will have to travel further away to Bur Dubai, 30 minutes away, where they will find the Shiva and Krishna temples, as well as the Shirdi Sai Baba Mandir.

The Iranian Hospital is 10 minutes away and is situated in the neighbouring area of Al Badaa while Emirates Hospital is not more than 12 minutes away from The Hills.
