Sun Island at Ajmal Makan City will feature 321 villas with 4, 5, 6 and 7-bedroom units. Each villa will focus on spaciousness, modern amenities and smart living. Incorporating advanced technologies, the properties will be equipped with artificial intelligence and robotics, allowing many aspects of the homes to be controlled through smart devices for enhanced convenience and efficiency.

Floor plans are spread across G+2 levels with the ground floor featuring a spacious living room, a modern kitchen and space for the car park. All the units are designed with ample space for living and well-planned interiors with each having a private car park. 

The 4-bedroom villa in Sun Island offers a spacious living area of approximately 2,766 sq. ft. whereas the 5-bedroom villa spans approximately 2,722 sq. ft. each with its own dedicated parking space. 

The 6-bedroom villa offers 4,756 sq. ft. of living space and the 7-bedroom villa spans 5,112 sq. ft. with 2 dedicated parking spaces.

All the villas will be equipped with solar water heating systems, branded kitchens and either shower boxes or bathtubs in all bathrooms.
