Community Overview
South Bay Dubai will present a family-friendly community upon completion. This gated off-plan project will feature a wide range of properties around a 1km crystal lagoon. South Bay is one of the new projects in Dubai South located adjacent to Expo Road. The project’s master plan includes the construction of around 800 3-bed to 5-bedroom villas and townhouses and 200 units of 5, 6 and 7-bedroom waterfront mansions. These premium properties will be set around a 1 km long crystal lagoon, a 3 km long waterfront promenade and beaches.
