Sobha Hartland 2 Bukadra will be an urban community spanning approximately 8 million sq. ft. It will have a villa community, residential buildings and a large lagoon. The Sobha Hartland II location allows excellent connectivity via a wide network of main roads. At a short distance, there is Al Ain-Dubai Road (E66) leading to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311). Moreover, Ras Al Khor Road (E44) is easily accessible within a few minutes by car.

The masterplan of Sobha Hartland 2 Bukadra has interactive play and sound sculpture, a yoga deck, a water feature, play areas, a pump track and a trampoline. Residents can benefit from a lagoon, retail spaces, schools and parks.

340 Riverside Crescent will have 1 to 2-bedroom apartments. The 1-bedroom units span 495 sq. ft. to 870 sq. ft. Some units will have a study room, a balcony and a powder room. 2-bedroom apartments will have covered areas between 948 sq. ft. and 1,137 sq. ft.

350 Riverside Crescent will feature 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. The 1-bedroom units will span 527 sq. ft. to 842 sq. ft. Some units would have a balcony, powder room and a study room. 2-bedroom apartments will have covered areas between 1,005 sq. ft. and 1,219 sq. ft.
