As the name suggests, Reem Hills is a part of the exclusive project in Abu Dhabi, Al Reem Island. This mixed-use off-plan development spreads over an area of 1.8 million sq. m. The gated neighbourhood will feature a man-made hill and spacious villas with exclusive beach access. It is a one-of-its-kind project in the emirate by Q Properties offering retail facilities, a range of amenities and well-designed public spaces. There are two phases of the project. The first one is expected to be completed in 2024, while the next will be delivered in 2025.
Reem Hills Al Reem Island is an exclusive development set around a man-made hill offering a luxurious lifestyle to prospective residents. It is further divided into sub-districts, each offering a unique collection of amenities and facilities. The gated community is strategically located on the eastern side of Al Reem Island, with easy access to the beach and the central areas of the area.
The mixed-use development will be constructed in two phases. The first phase includes hilltop villas, while the second phase consists of four residential clusters.
Sierra Views, in the first phase, will offer expansive and luxurious villas in 5, 6 and 7-bedroom layouts. It is set on a man-made hill that is formed using local natural materials, which are compressed in such a way as to create stability. Since the hill is designed with a slope from ground level to peak, villas in the gated community will offer 360-degree views over the sea. There are four architectural designs of villas in Sierra Views from which residents can choose; Zen, Frame, Cubic and Minimal.
Zen design villas have a neutral grey tone and a combination of horizontal lines and vertical elements, while the Frame villas feature an elegant symmetry with a modern style. The contemporary spaces in Minimal design provide ultimate privacy, whereas, the Cubic design villas are known for clean lines and cubic forms.
The second phase has four communities; Reem Avenue, Sunset Valley, Canal Promenade and Canal Side. These sub-districts of Reem Hills are set around Sierra Views and will offer 3-bedroom townhouses and 4-bedroom twin villas.
Apart from high-end residences, the community will also feature a range of communal facilities and amenities. These include a private school, healthcare facilities, a mosque, retail spaces and community centres. The landscaped development has no shortage of lush green spaces also. There will be a community park, a sports court, cycling and jogging tracks, a landscaped hill and a neighbourhood park. Other facilities include beach access, dining options and clubhouses.
Properties in Reem Hills Abu Dhabi include apartments, villas and townhouses in different layouts. The details about apartments in the off-plan community will be revealed soon. However, the villas are mainly available in 5, 6 and 7-bedroom configurations with an area ranging between 10,487 sq. ft. to 19,153 sq. ft.
The G+2 floor 5 and 6-bedroom villas have almost the same features, such as the private parking spaces accommodating four to six cars and a rooftop floor. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the spacious living and dining area offer scenic views of the garden and pool, while the office space and a guest bedroom are also on the ground floor.
The master bedroom, along with other bedrooms and a family room, is on the first floor and connected to the rest of the level through a private lift and stairs. The roof deck and multi-purpose area on the rooftop can be used for hosting events and family get-togethers.
The expansive 7-bedroom villas in Reem Hills Abu Dhabi have two floors above the ground and a basement. The ground floor has a parking area, private pool and expansive living and dining area. It also has a majlis along with a guest bedroom, fitted kitchen and office space. The master suite on the first floor has an attached en-suite bathroom and a dressing room with a balcony joined to it. The rest of the bedrooms are also on this floor.
Similar to 5 and 6-bedroom villas, the rooftop in 7-bedroom residences features a multi-purpose room and a roof deck. The basement level is the highlight feature of these villas connected to the above floors with stairs and a private elevator. It has an entertainment room, a cinema, a maid’s bedroom with an attached bathroom and a kitchen.
