The small islands in Ramhan Island Abu Dhabi UAE are divided into four main groups: Marine Island, Cove Island, Breeze Island and Views Island. The project is currently under development in phases. Zen Island, Flow Island and Aura Island are introduced as Ramhan Island Communities. Each of these communities will feature a collection of exquisite 3 to 7 bedroom villas, ranging in size from 3,559 sq. ft to 8,519 sq. ft. Buyers have the option to choose from eight distinct layouts: The One, Sky, Bliss, Grace, Glam, Charm, Vintage and Spark.

Charm and Vintage villas will feature 3 and 6 bedrooms, respectively, The One and Grace are 4-bed villas, Glam and Spark are 5-bed villas while Bliss and Sky villas offer spacious accommodations with 7 bedrooms each. Villas will be based on spacious layouts with rooms for maid and driver, along with a carport that can accommodate two to three cars. Residents will have access to spacious built-in wardrobes and private swimming pools with a pool deck.

The official payment plan is yet to be released. Interested buyers can consider the flexible 50/50 payment plan offered by the third-party real estate agencies.

For now, access to Ramhan Island Abu Dhabi UAE requires a quick 10-minute boat ride from a jetty located off Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Road (E12). However, a bridge is currently under construction to directly connect the island to the inner city, promising an easier access soon.
