There are no metro stations in the neighbourhood. The closest ones are Dubai Investment Park and Jumeirah Golf Estates metro stations which are 32 minutes away.

A branch of Carrefour supermarket in Dubai is located at a 5-minute drive from the sub-community. A Russian grocery store The K’s is accessible at an 8-minute driving distance.

DAMAC Hills 2 Masjid Mosque is the nearest option located 5 minutes away. Sheikh Khalifa Mosque is 12 minutes away from the sub-community.

One can find a chapel and City Hill Global Church Dubai in the vicinity about 29 minutes from the community. Other churches near Paloverde are Casa de Oración Torre Fuerte, Haley’s Church, The Gatekeepers and Emirates Baptist Church. These churches are located in Al Barsha and Al Quoz 4. These would require at least a 36 to 41-minute long drive.
