Noor Townhouses, Town Square

NShama Group, a real estate developer in Dubai introduced a new phase of Town Square in 2016 known as Noor Townhouses. These recently developed properties are well-equipped with modern lifestyle amenities. The parent community houses a mix of apartment buildings and large homes, and Noor is one of these villa sub-communities. Most of the properties are ready to move and the project is expected to be commissioned by the second quarter of 2021.

The first option is 18 minutes away on Umm Suqeim Street while NMC is in Dubai Investments Park (DIP).

Town Square is tucked away from the mainland and rush of the city. Its landscaped area connects to Mira Oasis and Mira in Reem. Following are some distant neighbours of Noor Townhouses:

Once the project is entirely completed, residents will find many malls near Noor Townhouses. Following are a few options available at the moment:

The Village Community Mall is 10 minutes away. It is a small retail facility with local brand outlets. Whereas, Dubai Outlet Mall is 19 minutes away offering eateries and a range of brand outlets.

If you are looking for restaurants near Noor Townhouses, you will find some options in Dubai Outlet Mall including:

Other restaurants such as Lucky’s Pizza and Restaurant, Fifth Circle Café and Abatjour Bistro are about 20 to 30 minutes away in the mainland or across the Emirates Road E611.

To enjoy family picnics and finding the best beaches near Noor Townhouses, one must drive towards Jumeirah area. At a 30 minute drive, you can spot the most popular beaches of Dubai such as JBR Beach and Jumeirah Public Beach.
