New Shahama, Abu Dhabi

Located on the eastern end of Abu Dhabi, New Shahama is a large residential sub-community in Al Shahama. Lying right next to the Dubai border, it also bags a prime location at the junction of main highways such as Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Street (E10) and Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Road (E11). The new community directly shares borders with Old Shahama, divided via Al Salam Street and is surrounded by several well-established residential communities in the UAE capital. Often called Al Shahama New, it is a largely developed area that houses many villas and apartments.
