ABOUT MUDON

Mudon is a gated residential project in Dubai by Dubai Properties. In Arabic, Mudon means ‘cities’, it was originally a highly ambitious project planned to be three times the size it is now. Initially, the plan aimed to recreate five historic cities from the Middle East, including Baghdad, Beirut, Cairo, Damascus, and Marrakech, to form Mudon as a unified urban centre within Dubai. Presently, Mudon stands as a rapidly growing residential area located on the outskirts of Dubailand, situated at the junction of Al Qudra Road (D63) and Emirates Road (E611). The project features a range of completed townhouses and villas ready for occupancy, with additional off-plan developments slated for future delivery. The sub-community of Rahat and Al Naseem features a mix of 3, 4 and 5-bedroom houses while Al Salam only offers 4-bedroom residences.

OFF-PLAN PROJECTS IN MUDON

Al Ranim is an upcoming sub-community in Mudon. Interested buyers can look for 3 and 4-bed townhomes in this off-plan development. The project completion is expected in Q3, 2025.
