As for public transportation in Manazel Al Reef 2, bus E-100 services the nearby bus stop. People prefer to travel by booking online cabs i.e. Uber and Careem. However, using a personal car is the best option.

When it comes to parking spaces in Manazel Al Reef 2, all villas have multiple covered car parking spaces. Visitors can park their cars outside villas.

Residents can shop for groceries from one of the many supermarkets in Manazel Al Reef 2. Select Minimarket and Select Market are within the community. SPAR Express is 10 minutes away in Al Falah 1. There are two branches of Choithrams; one is 7 minutes away and the other one is a 9-minute drive away. Residents can drive for 11 minutes to reach Al Maya Supermarket.

To the West, there are many supermarkets, including:

Other mosques such as Abu Dhabi Airport Mosque, Ayoub Bin Khalid bin Zaid Terminal 2 Masjid, and Mansoor Bin Zayed Mosque are within 13 minutes’ drive.

New Life Church is towards the North at a 13-minute drive. Giant Slayer for Christ, St. Elias Rome Orthodox Church, All Saints Anglican Church, and Abu Dhabi Apostolic Tamil Church are 22 minutes away near Dalma Mall.

Currently, the under-construction BAPS Hindu Mandir is the only temple in Abu Dhabi. This temple is at a 14-minute drive. Sikh residents can find New Gurudwara at a 22-minute drive dotted near Musaffah.

Al Rahba Hospital was established in 2003. It is a 190-bed secondary care hospital located on the Abu Dhabi-Dubai highway, 15 minutes away. It was the first public hospital to be accredited by the Joint Commission International in the UAE. Burjeel Hospital is at a 20-minute drive, conveniently located on Al Najda Street.

The neighbourhood also has an additional benefit of being located in the proximity of critical commercial and residential areas.

The eatery has separate South Indian and North Indian entrees on the menu. The restaurant is pocket-friendly and the average cost for two people is approximately AED 35.

An international food chain, Popeyes is at a 9-minute drive and it operates at different locations throughout the UAE. Texas Chicken is another world-renowned fast-food chain, 15 minutes away from Manazel Al Reef 2.

Ajban Beach and Maricas Beach are 22 minutes away from the area. They are not well maintained but people visit them as they are not crowded. One of the most popular beaches of Abu Dhabi, Yas Beach is at a 30-minute drive. The beach is surrounded by white sand and crystal clear water. Visitors can also rent cabanas and chalets on Yas Beach.

There are two community parks near the sub-community and both have designated kids’ play area. Yas Gateway Park North is a popular park and it is 24 minutes away. Residents can also spend their time at New Shahama Park, which is at a 19-minute drive.

Ladies can find Glorious Beauty Centre within the area while for men there are two salons, namely Hayaf Gents Salon and Triple Five Gents Salon.

Manazel Al Reef 2 features newly built villas idyllic for small and big families. The area has many retail options and other amenities at an arm’s length, but people who prefer living in a city-centric place might not want to settle down in Manazel Al Reef 2.
