Living Legends is a gated residential development in Dubailand that feature villas and apartments. It is home to 500 deluxe villas and twelve residential towers. Living Legends Dubailand is a project by Saudi developers, Tanmiyat, which was completed in 2015.

Lavishly sprawling over 14 million sq. ft., Living Legends Dubai has a retail centre, a nursery, primary school and a mosque. It is also known for housing a majestic nine-hole golf course, designed by renowned Swiss designer Peter Harradine along with a driving range and clubhouse.

The gated community offers a calm and secure environment for its residents. It is preferred by families because of its proximity to schools, mosque, boutique centre, clinic and shopping centres. The community has its own Carrefour supermarket.

The community offers many outdoor facilities. There are ample open spaces and gardens to enjoy open-air activities. Kids can enjoy the children’s play area.

Living Legends Dubailand offer a variety of properties for rent and sale. One can find studios, 1 to 3-bedroom apartments and 4 to 6-bedroom villas. In total, there are 2,200 apartments and 500 standalone villas available.

Standing amidst green spaces and serene lakes, the villas in Living Legends Dubailand are divided into four distinct types (A, B, C & D).  Type A and B are adjacent to the golf course, while Type C and D have landscaped gardens in its surroundings. Since it is a new development, there are presently no metro stations or bus stations in the community.
