Jebel Ali Village Construction Update

According to Nakheel's internal inspection conducted in the last quarter of 2024, the Jebel Ali Village townhouses are approximately 40% complete. The structural work is nearly finished, and internal work, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), as well as fixtures and finishes, is currently in progress. Similarly, the substructure and superstructure for the Jebel Ali Village villas are approaching completion. Overall, the construction progress for the villa series is about 49%, based on the inspection carried out by Nakheel Properties.

Whereas, 4-bedroom townhouses boast 3,194 sq. ft. to 3,386 sq. ft. of covered space including a maid’s room with en-suite bathroom and dedicated space for laundry and storage. Each townhouse has floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows extending into the front/back yards, private balconies and covered parking spaces.

NAKHEEL JEBEL ALI VILLAGE VILLAS

Villas in Jebel Ali Village come in two configurations and finishing options. The 4 and 5-bedroom villas offer single row exclusivity, privacy and high-end amenities. These residences come in 4 types of layouts covering over 4,000 sq. ft. to 6,000 sq. ft. where bigger units have an option for building upgraded penthouses.

4-bed villas in Jebel Ali Village span from 4,200 sq. ft. to 6,000 sq. ft. Each unit has dedicated parking, private balconies, utility space, a guest suite, terrace and a yard with optional pool fitting. Some units may also feature a separate driver's room.
