The leisure facilities will include a waterfront area dedicated to yachts and boats and several watersports activities.

Abu Dhabi’s Q Holding and Egypt’s Ora Real Estate Development Group will build a mixed-use sustainable project in Ghantoot. The integrated smart city will spread across 20 million sq. m. and will feature recreational facilities, a hotel, residential units and commercial spaces.
