As the name suggests, Gems Estates 1 is a villa sub-community in DAMAC Hills (Akoya by DAMAC). A luxury Italian fashion brand, Roberto Cavalli and a grandeur Swiss jewellery label, de GRISOGONO collaborated to bring together this one-of-a-kind branded development in Dubai.
