Expo Valley will also have 300 townhouses, of which 206 are 3-bedroom units and 94 are 4-bedroom units. Shamsa Townhouses in Expo City Dubai will have three phases. The first phase is sold out, while the second phase has been announced. 3-bed townhouses have covered areas of 2,690 sq. ft., whereas 4-bed townhouses span 3,229 sq. ft. These units will also have an open kitchen, master bedrooms and master bathrooms with double sinks, a separate powder room and an ensuite maid’s room. Each house will have parking space for two cars.

Expo City Dubai has announced a 50/50 payment schedule for Expo Valley. The total amount is split in five instalments of 10% with the first scheduled within the 7 days of booking. The first instalment of 10% is paid within 7 days of booking and the second instalment of 10% is paid within 30 days of booking. The final settlement of 50% is to be paid at the time of handover.
