Emaar Properties has announced the launch of Elie Saab 2 at Arabian Ranches III. The project will feature high-end 4 and 5-bedroom villas branded by world-renowned fashion designer Elie Saab. These luxurious villas will cater to a diverse range of preferences. Besides, residents will enjoy easy access to Dubai’s popular attractions such as the Arabian Ranches Golf Club and Global Village. The master plan includes a main entrance, a swimming pool and deck, a kid’s pool, kid’s play areas, a clubhouse social plaza, a community lawn, a sikka, jogging lanes, a BBQ country yard, an entry courtyard and a social lawn.

Elie Saab II in Arabian Ranches 3 Dubai will be a collection of 4 and 5-bedroom standalone villas.

4-bedroom units will have an ensuite bedroom, a store room, a maid’s room with bathroom as well and a living and dining space on the ground floor. The layout also includes separate spaces for laundry and powder room and a spacious kitchen. Moreover, the master bedroom with an attached bathroom, two bedrooms with bathrooms and balconies and a family room are on the first floor. On the second floor, there is another family room, a bathroom and a roof terrace.

The main level of 5-bedroom villas has a similar layout. On the upper floor, there will be a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and attached master bathroom. It will also have three bedrooms, attached bathrooms, balconies and a family room. On the second floor, residents will find a family room attached to a balcony, a bathroom and a roof terrace.

The official payment plan for Elie Saab 2 is yet to be announced by Emaar Properties. Interested buyers can check out the flexible investment options by third parties. 75% of the total is divided into easy payments during construction phases and the 25% final settlement is made at completion.

Elie Saab II will be a limited collection of branded ultra-luxury villas in Arabian Ranches III. Interested buyers can find expansive standalone villas starting from AED 5.05M (4-bed units) and AED 7.95M (5-bed units).

Emaar has yet to announce the official payment plan. However, interested investors can check out the different options with third parties.

The development is under construction, estimated to be completed in the last quarter of 2025.
