Dubai Production City is a mixed-use development spread over an area of 43 million sq. ft. Formerly known as The International Media Production Zone or IMPZ, the community was established in 2003 as a free zone and a freehold area that caters to companies specialising in media production. Its developer is TECOM Group. Featuring both residential and commercial properties, IMPZ offers a pleasant ambience to its residents and visitors.

For people who travel through public transport, there are bus stations located by Centrium Towers and The Crescent Towers. These are feeder buses that run from the Mall of the Emirates metro station, which is roughly 20 minutes away by car.

People living in Dubai Production City currently have no options for schooling within the locality. However, various prestigious schools can be found within close vicinity. The community is conveniently located at the intersection of Al Khail Road (E44) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311). The area is also easily reachable from the business hub of Jebel Ali.

The single storey, City Centre Me’aisem is the most frequently visited mall by residents. Owned by Majid Al Futtaim Group, the mall is the ultimate go-to destination for shopping enthusiasts as it is home to a number of high-end brands. The lifestyle and entertainment destination covers an area of 23,850 sq. m. and has parking spaces for 750 vehicles. Along with a number of retail stores, the centre also features facilities such as beauty salons, fitness centres, a medical clinic, banking services and a large Carrefour Hypermarket. The mall is located towards the north of the neighbourhood.

The residents have a range of restaurants to choose from. Residents can head to City Centre Me’aisem to choose from a range of cafes and casual dining restaurants.
