District 9L, Jumeirah Village Triangle

Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) is one of the popular freehold areas in Dubai. It is divided into nine blocks which are further classified into smaller sub-communities. District 9L is also a subcommunity in District 9, JVT. The master community developed by Nakheel Properties is a sought-after address and one of the most family-friendly locations in Dubai. District 9L is part of the biggest residential district in JVT and is in proximity to the community park, JVT Pond and sports courts.

District 9L residents get direct access to the main road network, so, commuting is pretty easy. This would also mean that the community is pretty busy during the day. For medical assistance, one can access New Royal Hospital in DIP. It will take around 13 minutes to reach there by car. Other notable options in the vicinity include Mediclinic Meadows (14-minute drive away) and Mediclinic Me’aisem (13-minute drive away).

City Centre Me’aisem in Dubai Production City (IMPZ) is a 12-minute drive away. There are many brand stores in the City Centre such as Max, H&M and Tavola as well as F&B outlets and entertainment activities.

There are some restaurants near District 9L such as Puranmal Restaurant and Wadi Express. These are good options if you are looking to arrange a family dinner. One can also find Stage Sky Bar and Lounge, which is a nice place to hang out with friends. Visit City Centre Me’aisem to find Gazebo, Chili’s and Paul’s Bakery.

Jumeirah Public Beach is the most popular option if you are planning a picnic with your family. Reaching there may take around 30 minutes; so, one has to prepare for a long drive. The beach is known for its fun activities, watersports events and beachside cafes.

The Springs, across the road, is home to Address Montgomerie. The resort offers al fresco dining and visitors can enjoy lush green views and a nice ambience.

Dubai Miracle Garden is also only 12 to 15 minutes away from District 9L. The family-favourite spot is usually crowded on weekends.

District 9L residents are close to many family parks and sports courts. The central community park is also a short walk. Fitness clubs in the vicinity include Little Heros and Dungeon Gym Jumeirah Park. Chi Nail Spa in 5G is also easily accessible.

Some events are held in JVT Community Park. Residents of District 9L can become a part of festival celebrations.

JVT is bound by main roads so one may feel the surroundings are a little noisy during the day. But the sub-communities offer a family-friendly environment and 24-hour security which make it a sought-after residential address in Dubai.
