District 9 is a villa community on the southeastern end of Jumeirah Park. The sub-district is home to the renowned Dubai British School Jumeirah Park Foundation and Jumeirah Park Mosque. It shares a border with The Meadows and District 6 Jumeirah Park. Easy access to communal facilities and major city roads makes it a family-friendly neighbourhood.

District 9 is part of a family-friendly neighbourhood with all the basic amenities in easy reach. The neighbourhood offers a serene lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Towards the eastern side lies the coveted Jumeirah Islands, while Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is near the villa community. Other neighbouring areas include Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) and The Meadows.

Jumeirah Park Pavilion is the community shopping mall featuring retail outlets, dining options and other facilities. It will take a 5-minute drive to reach the mall. Within a short drive of 12 minutes lies Ibn Battuta Mall. It is home to around 500 shops and various recreational facilities across six themed courts.
