District 7B is the other half of District 7 in Jumeirah Village Triangle – a mixed-use community developed by Nakheel Properties. District 7B is considerably a small sub-community featuring a communal park and is situated at a walking distance from Al Khail Avenue Mall.

Jumeirah Village Triangle has nine districts with several apartments, villas and townhouses scattered around. District 7B is home to 1 and 2-bedroom spacious villas. The neighbourhood is located close to Orchid Street and Al Khail Road (E44).
