District 3 in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) is made up of villas and townhouses, spread into four sub-districts namely District 3A, District 3B, District 3C and District 3D. It will have two hotels, one 4-star hotel namely The Mercure Hotel and the 5-star called The Grand Mercure Hotel.
